The 2021 Washington State Redistricting Commission has concluded their work.

The 2021-22 Redistricting Commission has ceased operations. Per RCW 44.05, the Legislature will appoint the next redistricting commission by January 15, 2031.

Washington law (Chapter 42.56 RCW) requires that identifiable public records be made available promptly to members of the public for inspection and copying upon request.

Assistance and records may be requested by contacting the Elections Division of The Office of the Secretary of State.

How Do I make a Public Records Request?

Your request must be made in writing and sent to the Conservation Commission Headquarters Office in Lacey, WA. Write your request on our Public Records Request Form. To submit the form, please use one of the following methods:
