Commission Code of Conduct Statement

The Washington State Redistricting Commission is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment free from discrimination and harassment, regardless of an individual’s race, ethnicity, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity or expression, ancestry, pregnancy, or any other characteristic prohibited by law.

Tribal Consultation Policy

Pursuant to RCW 43.376, the 1989 Centennial Accord, and the 1999 Millennium Agreement, the Redistricting Commission adopted the following Tribal consultation policy on April 12, 2021.

Final Outcomes

  • Plan and/or Maps are credible to everyone

Public Records Request

All written comments submitted to the Washington State Redistricting Commission are public records under Washington law (RCW 42.56), and that written comments may be published on the Washington State Redistricting Commission website.
