are public record. If you would like your comment read
into the record during the meeting, the same
guidelines as giving testimony in person apply:

• Please include your full name.
• Please state if you are commenting on the
  Congressional, Legislative or both proposals.
• Be respectful of other speakers and make sure your
  comments are specific to the proposals.
• If comments are not specific to the proposals or
  the process or are deemed inappropriate,
  the Chair may not read them.
• Please remember this is a public hearing and televised
  event and not all comments are appropriate to be
